WildCards
All wildcard requests must be submitted in writing to Sam Dunn at sam.dunn@bluegrassmanagementgroup.com no later than July 5th at 8 PM ET.

Housing
Main Draw players will be privately housed, if desired, on a first come/first serve basis. Please contact lexchallengerhousing@gmail.com for housing questions. Crown Plaza Hotel will also be providing housing for a preferred rate of $89 (+tax) per night. Please call 859-255-4281 and reference Fifth Third Bank Tennis Championships and you MUST identify yourself as a USTA player to receive this rate.

Transportation
Transportation can be reached at 859-608-1737 or at 53transportation@gmail.com. Transportation will be provided to players between housing and the courts, and between the courts and the airport. If you are in private housing, please ask your host(s) if they can transport you one-way each day before calling Transportation. The hours for transportation will be 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Sign-ups for other transportation must be made by 6:00 PM the day of or for the next morning.

Players' Lounge
The Players' Lounge is located across Dorm Complex Drive from the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. The Players' Lounge will open each day at 8:30 AM and will close following completion of the last match each evening. The Players' Lounge desk number is TBA. The Players' Lounge will feature Internet access, big screen TV, snacks and drinks. The Players' Lounge desk will be able to answer any questions or provide any information you require.

Showers
Showers are located in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center.

Chiropractic Services
Chiropractic services will be available. Sign-up at the Players' Lounge desk.

Massage Services
Massage services (at a cost) will be available and players may sign-up in the Players' Lounge.

Stringing
The stringing service is located in the Players' Lounge. Stringing provided by TBD.

Practice Courts
Practice courts can be reserved at TBA. The hours for practice courts will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sign-ups will be available in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center.

Credentials
You will find your Player badge  in your packet to allow free access to the stadium. Please wear it or have it available for entry to the stadium. If you need extra badge for coaches or others, please ask the Players' Lounge representative.

Food Service
Food service will be provided in the stadium and will be served from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Pro-Am Round Robin
The Pro-Am is the highlight of the week for many of our sponsors. If you participate, we will pay you $50 and provide your dinner for that night. The Pro-Am will be played Monday, July 18 at 6:00 PM. A sign-up sheet will be located at the Players' Lounge.

Media
Jim Durham is our Media Director. He may like to arrange post-match interviews with radio, television or newspaper representatives. He is also interested in special interest stories.

Athletic Training Services
Athletic trainers are located in the men's and women's locker rooms in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. The hours of service will be posted.

Supervisors
The offices of Michael Loo and Billie Lipp, Tournament Supervisors, are located in the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. Michael Loo's phone number is 914-438-1432. Billie Lipp's phone number is 914-656-1829.

Prize Money
Prize money checks will be available at the Boone Indoor Tennis Center.
